C.L.A.S.S. (Christian Life And Service Seminars)
Churches offer different seminars and classes to help members grow. By using C.L.A.S.S. you can cover the important topics each person in your church needs to attend.
No matter what you call them, they all bring the same results.
Some churches call them Growth Tracks, others call them Your Next Move. Here we call them C.L.A.S.S. 101,201, 301, and 401.
C.L.A.S.S. 101 – 401
Class 101 – is for learning about the history of your church, what you believe, and how to become a member of the church family.
Class 201 – learn how to be more like Jesus, learn how to spend time with God through prayer and Bible study, discover the importance of giving, and understand the value of why attending a church is important.
Class 301 – find your purpose in life by taking a Spiritual Gifts Assessment.
Class 401 – choose where you can use your calling to affect the world around you.
These growth classes are important to help with church growth. These classes are used to take each person to the next level of commitment in your church.
For example, there was a couple attending a church for about two years. They took the membership class and realized their beliefs differed from the churches. If the church would have had these classes available, this couple would have known what the church was all about.
How Church Growth Software Can Help You
Using Church Growth Software, you will be capable to manage the tracking of all classes that are taken by each individual. After the third class, you can enter the information from the Spiritual Gifts test into the software so you can have access to select future volunteers that qualify for the open position. We call this the S.H.A.P.E. principle in the church software.
