Churches have different types of seminars and classes to help members grow. There are four specific classes that are important for each person in your church to attend.
No matter what you call them, they all bring the same results.
Class 101,201, 301 and 401. Some churches call them Growth Tracks, others call them Your Next Move.
- Class 101 – is a for learning about the history of your church, what you believe, and how to become a member of the church family.
- Class 201 – you will find out how to be more like Jesus, learn how to spend time with God through prayer and Bible study, discover the importance of giving, and understand the value of why attending a church is important.
- Class 301 – you will find your purpose in life by taking a Spiritual Gifts test.
- Class 401 – you will find out where you can use your calling to impact the world around you.
No matter what you call these classes, they are important to help with church growth. These classes are used to take each person to the next level of commitment in your church.
For example: There was a couple attending a church for about two years. They decided to take the membership class, and realized their beliefs were different than the churches. If the church would have had these classes available, this couple would have known what the church was all about.
Using Church Growth Software, you will be able to manage the tracking of all classes that are taken by each individual. After the third class, the information from the Spiritual Gifts test can be entered into the software so you can have access to choosing future volunteers qualify for the position that is needed to be filled.
